Investment grade solar bonds:

• World’s first ever investment grade (rated by Moody’s) solar bonds: Andromeda €195m Dec-10 – Bookrunners were BNP Paribas and Société Générale

  • 50% of the bond issue was bought by the European Investment Bank

Sale of operating projects from a scalable platform to top-tier global investors:

• MetLife Capital, Allianz Specialised Investments

Equity funding of SunRay Renewable Energy:

• Funded by Denham Capital Management - a $7bn US private equity energy fund

• $277m cash exit to SunPower Corporation in April 2010
